Our experience in property management goes back to when our first properties were built in the early 80s, and has led to the profitable business of today. Our effective property management is largely due to our skilled staff of caretakers that includes builders, plumbers, electricians and gardeners.
A long-term investment
We consider property management to be a long-term investment and plan to add a few hundred rental properties to our portfolio in coming years. Current constructions have a consistently high standard with common areas planned to enhance the atmosphere of individual residential areas.
Ecofriendly living
We prioritise ecofriendly housing for the sake of our tenants and the environment. New apartments have individual heat and water monitoring to make tenants more aware of their energy consumption and help us decreas e energy costs.
In new housing areas low-energy houses are being built with thicker walls. In existing housing areas we are gradually replacing direct electricity with ecofriendly and cost-efficient heating sources such as district heating and solar panels.
