Detached houses
Derome produces detached houses under two different brands; A-hus and Varbergshus. While A-hus focuses on cost-effective and well-designed houses, Varbergshus targets customers who want greater flexibility.

Residential housing for all needs
Derome develops residential land, assisting in the process all the way from initial planning to the point where a home in a new district or residential area is ready to welcome its new occupants. We undertake projects for various housing tenures, including housing cooperatives, freeholds, and leaseholds. Our primary focus is on developing strategic land areas in the south and west of Sweden, as well as Mälardalen.
In addition, we view property management as a long-term investment strategy. We aim to expand our leasehold portfolio and construct new rental properties using timber in the future. We continuously work towards ensuring our tenants' comfort and fostering their long-term satisfaction with our services.
Varbergshus
Varbergshus offers unique, custom timber houses at competitive prices. With our flexible concept and on-site construction using loose timber, each house is one-of-a-kind. Customers have the freedom to influence the design of their new home, but we also provide inspiring concept houses as starting points for customization. We offer various completion options, including turnkey homes and construction kits, allowing customers to choose their preferred level of involvement.
A-hus
A-hus is known for its well-designed homes, combining functional layouts with appealing architecture. Through a strong emphasis on design and technical innovation, A-hus excels in the efficient manufacturing of pre-fabricated wall sections at our modern house factory. This enables us to deliver high-quality turnkey houses to families in Sweden promptly and cost-effectively. We work with skilled and trusted contractors who undergo regular training to ensure the expert assembly of our houses on-site.
