Derome supplies a range of quality-controlled pressure-treated timber products for both export and domestic markets. The preservatives used in our treatment process comply with applicable environmental requirements. We produce products to wood preservation classes NTR-A and NTR-B in accordance with the NWPC (Nordic Wood Preservative Council) standards.

For export markets, production is primarily focused on C16/C24 spruce structural timber and decking products. These products are treated with preservative according to Use Classes 1-3 (UC 1-3).

For the Swedish market, we produce decking timber, external cladding, planed beams and posts. Our product range includes both green and brown treated timber. Brown-treated timber offers an appearance similar to that of many tropical hardwood species, while providing a more cost-effective alternative.

Our strategic location provides significant logistical advantages for our customers. Raw materials are delivered directly to our facility by road, rail and sea, with efficient onward transport to the port facilities.

Our modern pressure treatment facility processes approximately 175,000 m³ of timber annually. The plant's high capacity helps ensure reliable supply, and we hold a licence to pressure-treat up to 300,000 m³ per year.
