Hoppet: 62% lower emissions during the construction phase

Developed together with the City of Gothenburg, Hoppet explored new approaches to materials, construction methods and collaboration in the building sector.

Climate calculations for the project indicate a 62 percent reduction in emissions during the construction phase compared with a reference preschool building.

Klivet: 37% lower emissions during the construction phase

Klivet is a research and development project by A-hus that explored how different material choices and construction solutions can influence emissions during the construction phase.

Climate calculations for the project indicate a 37 percent reduction in emissions during the construction phase compared with a reference design.

Pilen: 72% lower emissions from the foundation

Pilen is an innovation project in Varberg that explores new approaches to residential construction, combining material innovation, industrial wood construction and outdoor environments.

One of the project's key innovations is a timber foundation developed and produced by Derome. Climate calculations indicate a 72 percent reduction in emissions from the foundation compared with a reference solution using a traditional concrete foundation.
